Sports Performance Intern at the University of Northern Colorado

At UNCO, I was able to train athletes from many different sports and coach them in improving their strength, endurance, power, and reaction time. I worked mainly with Football, Soccer, Volleyball, Men's and Women's Basketball, Softball, and Wrestling. I was responsible for coaching, in the moment, mechanical feedback for safety and maximal utilization of each exercise. I learned the separate power positions for each of these sports, and used that knowledge to improve the athletes power output to increase their performance on the field or court.
