I had the awesome opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing outdoor companies in the outdoor industry, Stio. This project consisted of leading a team in identifying Category and Product opportunities within the outdoor market. We did this by analyzing internal line sheets as well as competitor products & comparisons. Through market research, we identified areas where Stio can grow into using customer testimonials, competitor analysis, brand ambassador interviews, NPD Data, and Industry trends and failures.

After identifying a category to expand into, we began line planning and strategized a timeline for expansion. This included creating a product brief and supporting evidence and data that encourages that expansion. At the end of it all, we presented our product brief and research findings to key internal groups including C-Suite members and the Founder of the company, Stephen Sullivan.
