Taught by Greg Leedy, 20-year Nike Footwear Designer, on how to construct a basic silhouette shoe. This included cutting out all pieces of a shoe like the quarters, toe box, heel counter, eyestay overlay, and tongue, as well as the heel and eyestay reinforcements and strobel. We went through a step-by-step process on how to connect each piece to one another and which sewing machines to use. Ultimately, I came out with this shoe design shown below.
