In a Sports Product Development course taught by Elizabeth Brock-Jones (Nike Innovation Footwear Developer for Designer Virgil Abloh and Tinker Hatfield) we were able to construct a reverse tech pack. We started by ripping up a shoe and learning the different components that went in to the style of shoe. We then drew up CAD's and did material, construction and component callouts to later use these callouts for a BOM/CBD. We then came up with heroes/challenges to communicate with the factory about and developed a Wear Test Plan and Workback Calendar.
