During my 11 months spent at DICK'S Sporting Goods, I did everything from running operations of the store, customer service, manager and lead training's at DICK'S Sporting Goods Park (pictured below), KPI report presentations, and visual merchandising in each brand's pad on the apparel floor. Working for DICK'S Sporting Goods, they provided me an amazing opportunity to explore countless brands and how their benefits and functions differentiate themselves from one another. At this particular job I was also responsible for providing customer's the right garment for their specific needs based on the brand knowledge I acquired. Having all these job responsibilities, I developed interpersonal skills and prioritization​ methods due to the heavy reliance on customer loyalty, as well as the fast paced environment that is the retail industry.
